CHICORY SALAD WITH FETA CHEESE
2 chicory, leek (white part), pickled cucumber, coctail tomato, pepper, feta cheese (100g), sprig of mint, tablespoon of sunflower seeds
Wash chicory, cut and sprinkle with lemon juice (½ head). Cut off the base of the so-called stump. Add chopped: leeks, cucumber, peppers. Ingredients sprinkle with olive oil (2 tablespoons) and mix with diced feta cheese (or cheese of Balkan type). When mixing, season with pepper and a pinch of salt. Sprinkle with mint leaves and sunflower.
