CHICORY SALAD WITH HORSERADISH
2 cob chicory,
1 tablespoon grated horseradish,
1 tablespoon quince juice or lemon,
1 tablespoon of soybean oil,
Carve noodles from chicory (with the tip of a knife). Then chop each cob on a two inch pieces. Stir in the horseradish and season it with quince juice or lemon, soybean oil, salt and sugar.
