CHICORY WITH LEEK AND HARD CHEESE
2 flask chicory, 1 small leek (part of course), 5 ounces of cheese, 2 tablespoons juice, quince and lemon, 2 tablespoons of soy oil, salt, sugar.
From chicory carve noodles (with the tip of the knife). Cut chicory into two-inch pieces. Clean the leek, wash and cut into thin slices. Cut cheese into small bone. Chicory mix with leeks and cheese, season with quince or lemon juice, soybean oil, salt and sugar.
