Raw Chicory Boats
Preparation:
Apply to chicory leaves:
- Rokpol type cheese with cream and chopped hazelnuts
- white cream cheese (toska type) + chopped pistachios + chives
- white cream cheese + tablespoon of beetroot juice + salt and pepper
- white cream cheese + dill or horseradish
- a piece of smoked trout + lemon
- tuna (can) + mayonnaise + chives

Chicory is a vegetable belonging to the family of biennial salad plants. It forms elongated white- yellow heads with characteristic refreshing bitter taste. We can make raw salads from it, and also tastes great on hot.
